By enrolling in the unlimited wash club program, you (the customer) agree the credit card provided to us (Washman) will be charged a recurring charge every month. You also agree to waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in this agreement with your credit card issuer or otherwise. Failure to update credit cards or collect the monthly payment will result in loss of membership privileges. Washman will attempt payment through your financial institution up to 5 consecutive days after payment has been declined. Only the vehicle registered for the program is authorized and must have an RFID tag affixed to the vehicle window. Damaged tags should be reported to us immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag and prevent it from operating. This will result in immediate membership termination. Any attempt to use an RFID tag fraudulently will result in immediate membership termination. Membership is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date of the original purchase date. No refunds or credits will be given for partial month cancellations. Extra soil charges may apply. VEHICLES FOR HIRE and COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT VEHICLES (taxi’s Uber, Lyft, etc.) will be charged a surcharge to reflect usage. If a vehicle is determined to be a VEHICLE FOR HIRE and is not paying the surcharge, that membership will be automatically cancelled, without a refund. Members agree to notify Washman if they become a VEHICLE FOR HIRE driver and will upgrade their membership to VEHICLE FOR HIRE pricing.
**FIVE DAY CANCELLATION POLICY: Tags must be cancelled FIVE (5) DAYS prior to their renewal date to avoid the next month processing. ** Membership can be cancelled by calling 971-803-7635, Monday through Friday, 9AM-3PM, or by email at washclub@washmanusa.com
